How to stay safe when a Typhoon is coming

If the path of the typhoon eye is going to come over your area the best think is to stay inside and do not travel as transportation is likely to be strongly impacted.

If the eye of the typhoon is not coming over your area then it is likely to be like a bad storm with heavy rain and strong winds. This is not so risky unless the rain is protracted and you should be staying at the foot of a hill that could cause a landslide. Run into a store or temple where you can find refuge from the heavy rain and wind.
