Cancellation Policy
- Should you need to cancel your booking, please email contactus@teaceremonykyoto.com with your name and booking ID
- Confirmed bookings cancelled two days before the confirmed date will be fully refunded.
- Confirmed bookings cancelled one day before the confirmed date will be 50% refunded.
- Confirmed bookings cancelled on the same day of the confirmed date, or for "no show" will not be eligible for a refund. We will make best efforts to offer alternative dates subject to availability.
